c2 wiper blades

I'm restoring my 67 after 25 yrs.after it had sat all apart. the pass. side is longer by 2 inches, is this correct? also which blade goes the closest to the windshield? Thanks Rich

both are the same lenght. If you are referring to which wiper lies on the windshield trim, (lowest), it is the drivers side

Rich - Both holders should be 15". Both ANCO and TRICO holders with a peaked shape top configuration were used throughout the production year. Wiper blade assemblies (holder and rubber wiper insert) were installed in production so ANCO holders used ANCO rubber wiper inserts and TRICO holders used TRICO rubber wiper inserts. Pete

Mark - The set up as described for the wiper arms sounds as I would expect for an early '66 car. The Corvette Restorer, Vol 27, No.3, Winter 2001, p. 12 shows the configuration of the ANCO wiper blades. Check it out for the ANCO windshield wiper blade configuration. But, if you don't have the "red button" holders, you probably have the "original" ones. Pete
