GM #3776814 is a part number which "does not compute"; I can't find any record of it having ever existed. That's not to say, for sure, that it didn't, but I can't find any record of it.
GM #3708378 went through a whole bunch of supercessive iterations. For the last 20 years and currently, it's known as GM #6270752 and GM lists for about $1.25/each.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -

The GM #3776814 was, apparently, a PRODUCTION-only piece, never available in SERVICE. The 1964-era SERVICE part number for the grommet was GM #1194162. By 1967, this had become GM #381957 for BOTH PRODUCTION and SERVICE.
The current part number for the grommet is the same as the part number for the shock grommet I provided earlier----GM #6270752. While the uninstalled bushing may be configured a bit differently than the original, the installed bushing will appear and perform the same.In Appreciation of John HinckleyComment
