C2 Seat Belt ID

What would be the acceptable application for these belts. I lost the box back in Johnsons or Nixons administration. I say they are late 66-67 shoulder belts but I don't have a Black hat. What does the label say?

I think the date decodes as 15th week, 5th day of 1966 (late April?). You may be correct on the shoulder belt application, as 68 shoulder belts are model C20's.

Dear Clueless, My records indicate that this belt (C20) is definitely a shoulder belt (RPO A85) and could be for a late 66, or 67 and/or a 68 MY.
