What is the appropriate length for this hose? Just long enough to extend through the hole in the bottom radiator support? Does it just "wedge" up into the bottom of the drain cock or is it glued?

Joe,
The drain hose is long enough to stick out the support a couple of inches and does just install over the end of the drain cock. There is a special drain cock that is used which has a little nipple sticking out the bottom that you have to stretch the hose over, and it will stay put pretty well.
