FE7: 74 vs 75

Did the 74 FE7 option use the same parts as th 75 FE7?

Front Sway Bar - 351596 1" 1/8" bar or the 3871318 15/16" bar
Rear Sway Bar - 351597 7/16"
Rear leaf spring - 14021604 7 leaf
Front Coil spring - 340519 coil

I recall a discussion from a year or two ago where we all seemed to agree that the '74 FE7 had no rear bar and the '75 did. The FE7 springs are the same as '63 Z06 and the later F40 and F41, and I believe the '74 FE7 had the 15/16" front bar which would be exactly the same spring/bar setup as Z06/F40.

The larger 1 1/8" front bar was substituted in '75 and the 7/16" rear bar added to balance out the handling. This rear bar was new at that point as the early BB suspensions used a 9/16" rear bar to compensate for the additional front weight bias of the BB.

So I take it then that big blocks came with their base rear sway bar while small blocks were void of a rear sway until 75?

Correct, Base and F41 BB suspensions all carried the 9/16" rear anti-roll while neither base nor HD suspension small blocks were equipped with a rear bar until the '75 FE7 option, and that rear bar was 7/16".
