Does GM sell an argent/silver paint (spray can) that would be suitable for 1967 rally wheels?

Any automotive finish supplier can help you out. The PPG number for Argent Silver acrylic lacquer is DDL 8568, and this can be crossed to other manufacturers. I'm not sure what actual "shade" or AG this is as it varied with the era and some years are more "green" than others. There's lots of discussion on this in the archives.
