67 Window Cranks

Just purchased a set of "correct" 67 window cranks. They have the right curve, the right size knob, is connected by a rivet, as per the TIM. I was told they should have a hole in the center of the rivet, but there is no mention of them in the TIM.

To drill, or not to drill, that is the question.
