63 Coupe owner history long shot

I am trying to find previous owners or info on a 63 silverblue coupe the rear fenders were cut for larger tires. The car was sold in Queens N.Y. around 1976.
The seller I'm told had a large collection of corvettes and parts at the time
(sellers name may be Charles,Charlie ?) any info would be great.

Could the charlie have been charlie stewart who was big into midyears back then? unfortunatly, charlie is no longer among the living. mike

Owner Search Center Website Success Story

Rob, Just last week, a fellow NCRS member matched my Information Available post on your website to an ad in the current Driveline seeking information on his '67 big block coupe. Now his car will be reunited with its original warranty book with protecto-plate and the current owner will know for the first time in 7-8 years about the delivering dealer, original and second owner, as well as confirming the power train, etc. I wish more members and others would list whatever information they have. That is awesome news!!!! I'm glad that the site was helpful. I admit that I had some doubts it would work the way we had discussed here in the forums a few months ago, but it sounds like it has been successful!
