Why are you YELLING? Use of capitals denotes emphasis/anguish.
There WERE variations in hue from run to run of nylon seat belt fabric and most judges understand there will be subtle color differences from car to car. But, without actually being there to see what you see it's hard to say if what you call an 'orange' belt fabric is actually within normal variance....
