    Posi clutch pack installation?

    I plan on installing new posi clutch plates on my '74 and was wondering if they need to preped (as in coated or soaked) before installation? Last time I did this job, 12 bolt Chevelle rear 22 years ago, I compressed the side plates and springs with two channel locks and tapped them in. Is there an easier way?

      I always coat them with oil and additive.
