How is the lower radiator baffle joined to the lower valance; screws, rivets, adhesive, all of the above? My lower valance, having been previously replaced sans baffle, has no telltale attach points. I was hoping the PM part would have pilot holes or dimples - no such luck.

Lower radiator support had a rubber thick seal held by four srews.If you mean radiator shield- shroud, it' the same as 55 to early 59. -

To clarify, The LWR radiator baffle I am referring to is the fiberglass component that bridges the gap between the lower portion, forward edge, of the radiator support and the LWR front body valance. I suspect the porpose of the baffle was to better direct the air flow from the grill to the radiator and minimize the flow dumping beneath the radiator.Comment
