C1 - 61 Jewel Blue Paint Code

Does anyone have the paint code for Interior Jewel Blue, is it the same as exterior? and What sheen should the interior be? Lastly, I just repaired my steering wheel, what is the best system for finish, base and clear? Post lastly, how do you get the texture finish (the old wrinkle finish product, says not for plastic on it)? Thanks!!!

Blue 1961 interior code is RPO 490B, Jewel Blue Metalic is #502. Jewel blue DuPont # is 4143-L
Interior paint is dulled down approx. 25%
