The inside of the "Tank" looks pretty good. Lots of baffels kept the liquid sealer we put in years ago in two places, easy to strip out. The glass cloth inside is showing quite a lot of fuzz from 41 years of racing gas setting in it. The name inside that I thought was the builder was suddenly easy to read when I washed the tank with cleaner and water while it was still wet. Can I say a$$h0Ie on the post? Anyhow the builder, with a sense of humor, wrote "made by idiots or a$$h0Ies" inside the tank and I tend to agree with him. Who would make a fuel tank out of plastic? Most of the leaks seem to be located around the seam where the two halves come together. Looks like an easy fix for someone with limited fiberglass experience. Any advice on what resin to use?
