Muncie Transmission tag

I just had my 4 speed transmission rebuilt for my 68 and the transmission rebuilder tossed the transmission tag that was under the side cover bolt. Does anyone know of a source for a reproduction or a used tag to replace it???

For C2's only, Long Island Corvete has them, so they're probably being repro'ed by someone who would no doubt do all the tag years.
