Does any one here know where I can purchase a VCL for my 73-it has been removed during resto. A man on E-Bay seemed to have what I need, but he just told me he does not want to sell to Vette guys because he got some negative feedback after someone had his car judged with one he had sold him and the judges did not like it. He was not specific as to what org. judged the car, so thats why I am asking for other sources.

The blue labels are showing up on E-bay and may be different in fount size than originals. The information needs to be typed on as I think they are sold blank. The weights change with the options on the Corvette and this is what is on the label. In Hemmings some one was selling one with your info. typed on it but it was not perfect . You need a pattern to come close to having them typed and spaced right as it changes in different years. They also have the VIN on them and I am not going to comment on this. If you could see an orginal and take a picture of one is the only way to tell if a repo is close to correct before the numbers go on it. I have spent lots of time on learning about the labels on 73's and how to find the weights used. I saw two blanks at the NCRS Orlando swap meet but didn't check them out.
