Any Canadian Members on the Forum?

Folks,

I am trying to trace the original owner and the second owner of my 1963 SWC. I have been exchanging emails with Bill Braun, who is an NCRS member who resides
in Switzerland. He is trying to help me trace the original owner of the car, Heiner (Heinrich) Kundig, who lives in Switzerland.

The second owner, Bill McDougall, was a club ice hockey player, who played in Canada and Switzerland. He purchased the car in Switzerland and then imported it to Canada. I know that he retired from hockey last year. What I don't know, is if he retired in Switzerland or in Canada. If he retired in Canada, I was wondering if anyone on this forum would be able to help me out with an email or snail mail address, phone number, etc. Thanks. Rick #38392

Yep, we're here..........

First off, beware Bill Braun- known to identify himself as a dum furriner and express himself in a delirious manner on Brand X websites. He also threatens to return to his homeland one day but would be stripped of the above title as a result.

A quick search on google landed the following:

This must be the guy.I've never heard of him but there again I don't follow hockey. Not enough fighting for my taste.

If he retired in Canada, here's a search of people with that name:

thanks for the response! I emailed Bill with the question last night, and I expect he hasn't checked email as yet. He said that he knew of Bill McDougall, as he saw him play in Switzerland. In fact, he is the one that told me he had retired from hockey!

Nope, so trying to contact him - sent email messages to the two sports broadcasters in Toronto that someone suggested I contact. I have sent emails to the last two teams that he played for. And I have tried to contact some of the Bill McDougalls listed in an internet search - NADA so far.
