This is the response I received within MAC NCRS regarding admission at Hershey:

Non-NCRS members can attend but are restricted to viewing the displays and
judging field. There is a daily cost of $10 to get into the Great Hall where all judged cars will be parked. Non-members cannot attend any other functions like tech sessions, etc.

I am waiting for confirmation on this from Duane Ravenberg, MAC Chairman of the National Convention. I will let you know if there is any change on this information

Another point-

typically, NCRS members who are NOT registered for the event are not eligible to participate in any of the events either-they have the same status as Joe Average. You may want to confirm this with your chapter

This subtlety has caused some unfortunate situations at other meets.Got to pay to play!

I heard from Duane. Individuals will be able to obtain one day passes at the convention for $10.00 per day. This holds for NCRS members as well as non-NCRS persons. This gives access to the car displays and the judged car arena. It does not give access to the tech sessions or any other paid events. Those activities are open to NCRS members who register for the convention either ahead of time or on their day of arrival.
