Can anybody tell me if the jumper wire from under dash connects with the cloth covered wire of TI harness inside or outside of firewall? Should any part of pink jumper be visable form engine compartment? The cloth covered lead of the TI harness and the pink jumper both are showing positive current. Is this normal since they connect together?

I should remember, but I don't: what year are we talking about?
My 1970 looks just like the AIM K66 sheet. Mine has a pink wire coming out of the dash that has a connector that joins the white heat resistant wire. Are we talking about the same wire?
Maybe we should take this off board, since there seems to not be much interest in it other than you and I?
