C3 Hood Latches

I have an E69 BB with 68-E69 style hood latches. I would like to get these latches restored to NCRS specs. Judging manual states that the finish is gray phosphate that sparkles in the light.

Does someone have a recommendation on where to get the latches restored? I did get the name Brian Henderson (spelling?)from an NCRS member, but do not have contact information.

I was looking for a plating company and came across them... can't remember if I found them in Hemmings. I have not had any work done by them yet, but they seem to do it all.
