Strut Rod Installation

I installed the rear spring on my 65 today (Thanks Bill!)and I am in the process of installing the strut rods. I am having a problem aligning the strut rod into the bracket and the rear spindle support casting. The body is off the frame. Should I wait untill the body has been droped on to the frame to install the struts? Will the weight of the body help with the alignment problem?

We have hashed this many times here. You may find it in the archives, but if you install the strut rods before you load the spring, it is easy.
