Does anyone know of a good replacement weatherstrip for the hard top on a '61?

Unless someone has started making one recently, there isn't one. You might contact Glassworks. They rebuild hardtops and may be able to adapt 56-60 parts. -

Don, this is strictly going from feeble memory, but at one time I was under the impression Mary Jo Rohner had some of the 62 center weatherstrip sections with the hump for the 61/62 decklid. May not be good information. In any event, the Glassworks guys are clearly the experts as Ed pointed out. ChuckChuck Lyman

I have a '62 and just had my hardtop competely restored here in Washington by the guy who painted and did body work. We shopped for months for correct stripping and checked with Glassworks, and Mary Jo., with negative results. I eventually obtained a complete wheather-stipping from Corvette Central and he fitted it and cut the hump out...it looks great and fits perfect. Just a thought. DonComment
