    unable to post new thread on discussion board

    Error message tells me I have no acces to that area after I type my message and try to submit or preview. error message 403 acces enied

    No problem posting anew thread the other day.

      Hi Joe,
      suggest you log out of NCRS website, go to Preferences on your browser tool bar and delete all data, ie. cookies etc. Shut down pc and and reboot,
      re -log in NCR website. Then try to post. Good luck
