I'm wondering about several things: 1) why is it not possible to use the "enter" key to enter a line space / start a new paragraph in a TD thread? 2) Why after logging into the Technical Discussion forum is it necessary to log in again when going to the classified section? 3) If a member has saved his / her password it is not needed to log in to the TD Forum, but it is to log into the Classified section. When trying to log in there you are instructed to enter the membership data as "shown on the label for Drive Line or Restorer". Both publications are delivered in a clear plastic bag with the address on that bag. I would guess that no one saves those bags, so remembering how you registered becomes a problem.

Doug,

1) your browser is not correctly setting HTML. Click the A/A key to set HTML function in your browser. There are several Help Forum entries about the A/A HTML button.

2) NCRS has a common login Username but it would take many hours and a lot of work to code a common login utility to permit a member to login once and go to anywhere.

3) a. That's a "Remember Me" function, which is not in the TDB that is not in the Classified Ads software.
b. "You are instructed to enter the membership data as "shown on the label for Drive Line or Restorer" is not a part of the Classified Ads login." IIRC that instruction is not associated with the Classified Ads login page https://www.ncrs.org/classified/index.php?a=10

It's recommended to write down your login Username and Password.

If you know of anyone that can program HTML code, please let us know. We three volunteers are spread pretty thin and could use some able bodied programming assistance.
