Strange lines of text in the header

This appears from time to time:

or a variation thereof.

It appears in this thread for example

right at the top of the screen. But not in others.

just a note to let you know someone is looking here. That is a job for the IT team.
They only check here randomly. If you care to drop a Help Ticket on it, I am sure they would like to fix whatever that is, though there probably is no rush.

As Don said, please initiate a Help Desk ticket www.ncrs.org/helpdesk/ for problems.

From the text you've provided it seems like your Internet browser may not be rendering the web code properly.

I see it with Firefox 25 and 26, and also with Chrome. I do not use Exploder. I'll respectfully decline to submit a help desk ticket. There's eleven mandatory information fields that apparently need to be completed. Since I'm already logged onto the site that's far more than I should need to fill out.

Did some testing and I only see it when switching my display format to "linear mode". Hope this snap shot helps.

I believe you have fixed it. I tried several combinations of viewing the pages and I no longer see the header text.
