Has something changed on the way photos are posted? I no longer see the icons for that used to be present for attaching photos. Thanks

Hmmm. this must be something to do with IE 11, which just updated on my system. I can still see it on my IPAD

Same thing happened to me.....Go to top of page, click on Tools. In the drop down box, click on Compatibility View Settings. In the box type in WWW.NCRS.ORG. Then click ADD, then close. All the icons should be back. You may find a few more sites you will have to do this.
