Don't receive e-mail when thread answered.

    Don't receive e-mail when thread answered.

    Not sure if the problem is on my end or not. It seems to have started after the Forum upgrade.

    I use to receive an automatic e-mail from the forum when a post I had started or contributed too had been answered or added too.

    I no longer receive any e-mails. If I start or join a thread I have to check it daily to see if anyone has added on.

    Any ideas?

    Mike,

    email notifications are being sent. Check the virus spam filter on your PC and check with your ISP to make sure emails from ncrs.org aren't black listed.

      Mike,

      verizon.net has email from ncrs.org blocked as SPAM and has had for over a week. We have been working to get this resolved without success so far. We will continue to pursue it.

        Has any progress been made with Verizon and the SPAM issue?

          Mike,

          John Waggoner's been working trying to get this resolved with Verizon. It's akin to try to turn an elephant with a toothpick.

          Please post a response and let us know if you've received a "New Post/Thread Notification: Bug Tracking" email from the Technical Discussion Board.

          If you do not a New Post notification email it would certainly help if you could fill out the Verizon white list form and submit it.


          Verizon Whitelist Request form - answers:

          This is all the information Verizon needs.

          At least one other NCRS member that's a Verizon customer has completed and submitted the Whitelist Request form to Verizon.

          More members submitting the form to Verizon would be helpful.
