Dale, moved your thread to the Help Forum. The Help Forum is for this type of question.

Please clarify "knocked off". Do you mean
1) you have to log back onto the system when you originally try to access
or
2) your on the TDB and gone for an hour or so and you have to log back on
or
3) you reading a post and get "knocked off"
