How to print NCRS I.D card??

How do I go about printing up my latest I.D. card. I can't seem to open the program with my Name and password. I think I'm using the right ones, but it won't give me access.

are you typing in your name and your membership number in (xxx) and then your password?????

Thanks for the reply. I followed the procedure right, but either it does not recognize me or my password is wrong. Just in case, I tried every other password I have used in other communications, thinking I may have changed it at sometime or another and did not make note of it, but to no avail. Trouble is, unlike most login systems, it does not differentiate between your I.D. and your password in it's error message so you don't know what you are doing wrong.

Stuart, you can always copy your logon Username Stuart Fox (28060) from anywhere your logon Username is shown in the TDB such as the Member's list or this thread, etc. Then you'll will know that if you can't log into the Print Membership card you're using the wrong password.

If you're using a wrong password and don't know the correct one, then you'll have to request a password reset on the Help Desk link.
