I have seen numerous threads that the poster, or someone answerring them, need to resize, edit, etc a photo. GIMP is a freeware that will do most of the things that Photoshop will do. Go to http://www.gimp.org/ and follow the instructions to download

I ran across this easy to use and powerful image resize software that might work well to create smaller images to upload to the NCRS Technical Discussion Board.

It is called VSO Image Resizer and it is Free!

I have not used it, but it comes from a trusted source and the video looks like it would work great for simply resizing photos to upload.
