can't log into driveline online

I'm carefully typing in the same login that i use for the forum, including my NCRS number in parenthesis and my password. Tried in 4 times. won't let me in???

This should really do the job. Did you test this user/password combination on the TDB ones more by login out and login in again?

Thanks for the reply. I tried again, twice, but still can't login to driveline online. No trouble with the forum login.

Walt, are you logging into the TDB forum manually (typing out your logon User Name and Password) or using your browser automatic logon "remember me" process? Believe that's what Rob wanted to know? Gary....

I'm typing in my user name along with my NCRS number inparenthesis and typing in my password, same as when I login to the TDB, but it says i'm using the wrong name or password. I've tried over a dozen times

Do you have any strange characters in you passwords like quotes, slashes or other non character or number characters?

Please then copy and paste the DEBUG information presented at the top of your screen after you've tried to login and send it to me via rob.musquetier@itcap.nl so I can further analyse your problem.
