I have been cleaning the garage and my desk finding many old items pertaining to 56 & 57 Corvettes. I came across a piece of paper lisiting a registry for thr 56/57 Corvettes. I have had my 56 for over 20 years and have also done a body off restoration in the last 5 years on my 56. Some compotents are not original to the car but are correctly dated for the car. My questions are is the registry still active with infomation for the 56/57 Corvette and who should I contact for any information about the registry?

It is run by Rob Musquetier who is also one of the Administrators of this site.

Jeff, Research Project 1956/57 was a project of Mike Hunt. Unfortunately, Mike died when a car hit him on his motorcycle in 2007. Mike had compiled lots of information from owners of 56/7's over the years. When his Apple IIe computer quit working and some changes occurred in his life, Mike stopped working on the project. He was a great guy and very knowledgeable on 56/7 as well as author of countless reports and articles in the Restorer and Vette Vues magazines. Gary....
