    Private Messages

    Guys,

Was trying to delete my duplicate post and I fat fingered and deleted the thread about Private Messages.

Plus am moving this conversation to the Support Forum where it belongs.

    Guys,

When you open Message Center - messages are displayed in a "Preview Mode".

To open the PM, go to your In Box and then open the PM.

How do you reply to a message? I'm in my inbox and reading a message. I need to reply but there is no reply button anywhere that I can find. "Mark as read", "mark as unread", "delete" and "move" are the only options presented. I see no reply options anywhere.

        - go to your Message Center
Note: when you first go to Message Center, you're in a "Preview" mode
        - click on In Box
        - click on the Subject to open the email
        - Reply button is on the menu

That is so non-intuitive. The preview mode is useless and confusing, and it shouldn't be necessary to have to click the message header to see the message in its full mode, especially when there is a "see more" link in preview mode. That "see more" link should take you there. The preview mode is nothing but a needless complication.

Yep. As Gary knows, it took me a while to figure out that you have to click on the message subject to actually open it.
Whoever designed this PM system needs to rethink it.

From the message center, when I click on inbox or outbox, I get nothing but a blank page. The same thing happens on my Windows 11 PC and my Ipad. What can I do to get to my inbox?

We agree the PM is hard for users to figure out but here is the solution. Click on the message subject "PMs" to open the full message.

I took another look at the PM function, and I don't find it much different than my email accounts. The inbox shows me all the email that came in and I have to click on each email subject to open it.
