Scammer attempting to purchase my radio for sale on NCRS

I have a guy (dan.martines24@gmail.com) attempting to contact me to purchase my radio.
Doesn't he/she have to be a member to contact anyone through NCRS?
I got suspicious when I noticed he is sending email at 3:30 am. Then his method of payment and his refusal to call.
Then googled the address and found it on known spam emails sites.
Just thought you should know others are accessing our emails through this site.

Non members have access to the Classifieds to improve the option that members have a larger group to buy or sell parts. Unless you are logged in you will not have access to a members email address. You do have access to a form to fill out and email without ever seeing the members email address.

When you place an ad we have a notice to beware of scammers, that we can not be responible for them. There is no way we or anyone else has any way to prevent the bad actors from being low life bad people.

I am glad you recognized the scam signs before any transactions happened.

We all have to be vigilant as the scammers are resourseful and persistant. AI is now being used to clean up their language so they no longer use poor grammer and mispelled words that used to give them away.
