    Email Updates

With the previous system I used to receive updates via email when someone either submitted a new topic or someone updated an existing thread. That continued for a small period of time with this new system but has since ceased. Any ideas?

    Keith,

Check your email webmail to see if they're in the SPAM folder. If so, drag them back into the inbox.

You can also whitelist *.ncrs.org emails.

      Keith,

I looked in your profile and you have all of the settings correct to receive notification emails when anyone posts on a topic you began or contributed to. As Gary suggested make sure you don't have any notices in it. Do make sure you have admin@ncrs.org, message@ncrs.org, ncrs@ncrs.org in your contact list to help insure that email from those addresses don't land in your spam folder.
