    Retroactive application of NCRS By-Laws

Now that we have banned and suspended membership of our past NCRS President, I expect this was accomplished via retroactive application of recently revised (16 June 2023) NCRS by-law 10.4.

How does this revised 10.4 stuff work? A read of Robert's Rules would indicate by-laws changes cannot be applied retroactive. Link below.

    Dave,
NCRS By-laws Article X was revised and adopted by the Board in 2018, there is nothing "new" about it.

My mistake, section "10.4". Addition, from 16 June 2023, shown below in bold.

Expect this whole thing revolves around electronic media not associated with this site (Tech Board).

Another "most folks don't care" thing - let's just get back to judging cars?

      Some do care.
