Both the board of directors and the maintenance of this site is done by volunteers, many with limited spare time.
As a reminder, when the news page was setup, which is where the bylaws are posted, membership was advised to bookmark and check the page on their own.

Seems to me a reasonable accommodation, to members, that when our Board changes our by-laws, they post a notice that they've changed our by-laws.
Is that difficult? Or are members expected to do a daily NCRS version of "Where's Waldo?".
