Paying with just a credit card not Pay Pal

I have attempted to register and pay the fair for the Texas Regional. I do not have a Pay Pal account. When I attempt to use the section (pay by credit card) the site kicks me back to Pay Pal and asked for my account password. HELP computer gurus!!!!!

        Reg for Regional in Frisco

I reg for Frisco Regional for Oct 19 this year. When it came time to pay, the system sent me to Pay Pal, I do not have an account with them. I elected to click on section that indicated pay with my credit card, that sent me back to Pay Pal and a never ending loop asking for my Pay Pal passweord. Please help me,

you can't pay with CC except via PayPal on this website.. I don't think you need to have a PP account to use your CC to pay, via PP, on this website..
But, I might well be wrong on that.. Otherwise, please contact the Registration Chairman of the event and ask him about paying with your CC, or else sending him a check.

Re: Reg for Regional in Frisco

I went through this awhile back trying to register for Altoona. PayPal keeps making changes to how paying without logging in works and the help desk keeps trying to accommodate the changes.

First, you need to make sure your browser will accept both 3rd party cookies and pop ups. Some browsers allow you to block these now and you will not be able to pay with credit card and no login without both of these.

Fill out the form all the way to the password box at the end of the form. Skip entering the password and submit the form. From memory, I believe you need to do this twice and then there will be a message saying something like try a different method. Click on that and follow the prompts. Eventually, you will get a pop up allowing you to pay be credit card.

Texas won't let me in !!

I hope someone smarter than I can guide me into the Registration system. I left a note with the HELP desk no reply yet. I refuse to deal with Pay Pal, had a less than stellar experience. I just want to go to Texas in Oct.

First Ed,, Happy Father's Day.. 2nd, calm down.. this is not life and death. Third, have a whiskey and ginger.. It will relax you.. Fourth, follow my advice in Post 5 above. Contact the Registration Chairman of the event.. Follow his advice.. If that doesn't work, Skip Frisco. Go to Mexico instead. You already have your 5 Star in the bag.

Don, it's not about the stars that beguile, it's the people and Jamison's. I can't go to Mexico they still have a hit out on me, oh those Senorita's

                    Ed,

There is no Help Desk ticket from you about your issue.

Try using another Browser such as Chrome or FireFox. If that doesn't work, clear the browser's cookies.

Agree, check may be your best alternative.

I've run into this exact same issue, in March, when trying to register for McPherson College auto restoration summer classes.

Payment thru "Pay Pal", but not using Pay Pal, worked for past several years. But not now - guess they've "improved" their system.

Post if your NCRS help ticket can get this resolved.

I expect this is an issue generated by our internet browsers having incorporated restrictions/cookie/pop-up blockers.

You might try turning OFF those cookie/tracking/etc blockers on your browser while you register.
