Yearly Dues.....

Must just be me...tried to pay dues via Paypal twice. Once in mid Jan and again yesterday. It did not accept PP.....paid this am with cc. Also I did not receive e-mail reminder my membership was going to expire from NCRS. The only way I found out is from Local Chapter as dues were due for them also....SMH..

We are not hearing about others having similar problems.

Without Auto Renewal set up in your settings, the following is the reminder program:

Reminder sent 30 days to expiry date
Reminder sent 5 days prior to expiry date
Reminder sent 30 days after expiry date
Membership director mails post card reminders

Members are informed of time to renew. About a month before their membership expires they are sent an email reminder. About 15 days before their membership expires they are sent a second reminder if they haven't renewed. After they expire they are sent an email asking them to come back. Marilyn also sends out post card reminders to members who don't have email addresses or who do not renew.

These emails are all automatically generated based on expiration dates. They can get lost by going directly into SPAM folders, or some email providers will flag them as SPAM and not deliver them. It is important to keep your email address current for NCRS as well as every other business or group you deal with. It can help if you put ncrs@ncrs.org in your Contact list. Email from people in your contact list are usually not sent to the SPAM folder.

I hope that clears up any misconception that we don't try to inform members when their membership is due to renew.

Checked and NCRS has sent you 12 emails in the last 30 days to the email address in your membership profile.

As John suggest, check your SPAM/Junk email folder and your webmail SPAM folder.
