Re: NCRS History look up by VIN ???
NCRS offers a Car Award Confirmation Service. You can find it at https://www.ncrs.org/services/histor...nt-service.php.
The service costs $300. It depends on the circumstances how you want to approach this. Technically since the current owner wants to claim the car has previous Top Flight Awards he/she should pay to obtain the confirmation document. Since the document can substantially increase the value of the car you may want to pay for it yourself so the current owner doesn't negotiate from as strong a position.
If you do the Confirmation Service and find the car does not have previous awards, you may have saved yourself a disappointing purchase.Administrator
