Is Anyone Having Trouble Logging In When Renewing An Ad?

I'm constantly having trouble staying logged in when listing items for sale and renewing ads. I'm on a MAC, I've tried Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome.

I have no problems in other areas of the website.

    Anyone having the same issues?

    Thanks

      Richard,

Your ability to stay logged in is dependent on a cookie we place on your system. It sounds like there may be an issue with the cookie. You might try to delete it and start over to see if that solves the problem.

Go to https://www.forums.ncrs.org/register/ResetCookie.php. This will delete the cookie on your system. Once you have done that log in again and be sure you tick the box to Remember Me! That should create a new cookie. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

        John Thank You!

It works well with FireFox but not Safari, I may have to change my search engine.

        Case closed.....

It is interesting that Apple leads the way on a lot of products, but Safari hasn't been updated to keep up with Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

Apple was always #1 in the art industry but as Apple became more social oriented and PC became more art oriented Apple is losing it's edge. Safari has always been the weak link with Apple and still is and that was the purpose of my post, to confirm Safari was probably the problem.

Thank you for addressing this issue, I know it's not directly connected to the hobby.
