Problems with the NCRS Mobile App on Droid Turbo 2 Android Phone

Greetings,

For some time now, I have had issues when using the NCRS app on my Droid Turbo 2 phone. I have attached a PDF file which shows various screens and the issues I have experienced.

The app will crash pretty much every time I use it and switch between threads. I have to close it and then it reopens OK, but, it will crash again fairly quickly when I navigate around.

Any help you might give will be much appreciated!

Sorry, but the NCRS smart phone apps are no longer being supported.

Instead there's a Mobile Style view that can be used on a smart phone.

Go to the bottom left hand side of the page.

Thanks very much for the quick reply! Much appreciated.
I did as you indicated and the issues are no more!
I was unaware that the mobile app was "done for".
I have navigated around the site and have had no stumbles when changing threads, forums, etc.

It will be more enjoyable now I'm sure.
