How do I retrieve my password?
I am signed on (obviously) but when I go to the "for sale " page it asks me again.
Since I never log out I don't remember my password, old age you know.

Go up to Contacts in tool bar above, in drop down list his Help Desk and write a ticket. The IT team will fix you up.
