Is there a way to track or confirm an email that was sent to another member? I used the NCRS email system.

I have used the feature a lot when notifying members of a change or correction I have made to a thread or post they made, and have never seen any mechanism that told me the message was viewed. But I often get a reply from the member which closes the circle for me.
I think your email went through.
