How to reach document validation service?

Maybe I've missed it, but I can't find a way to make contact. I sent the payment and documents Feruary 23rd, and info says I will hear something within 30 days. I haven't, and am not sure where to send am inquiry. Look up Tim Gilmore in the members list and email him? There has to be a better way, but I haven't found it.
