The other TDB corvette forum question??

This post may be in the wrong place, BUT every once in a while I thought it would be nice to view other thoughts. I went thru the proper channels and logged on about a year or so ago. Forgot my pass word and that was the end of that. I E-mailed to reset about 6 times and it only puts me back to the starting point! I had someone that was computer smart tried 3 times and he said the same, it sends it right back to the starting point. He said I would have to change my E-mail address to get it to work as it says they cannot issue more than one password!
can someone give me a # to talk to them LIVE, I would like to take a look time to time.

    Thanks,
    Dom

    Dom,
not sure what you mean by another TDB, but since your question is about the TDB, and not a technical question about vettes, I moved you to the help board. There is no "other" Technical Discussion Board. Only this one you are writing on, and the TDB Archives. If you have a question about logging into any aspect of the NCRS website, go to the help desk and submit a Help Ticket. The IT team will answer you, and clear up your confusion. Good luck

      Don,
Thanks, my question was about the other corvette forum. I would have replied sooner but I can't get on OUR forum at my house, I have to drive to the shop to get NCRS.

feel free to email me at dgh50@att.net if you want help getting on the Corvette Forum C1/C2 General Discussion forum. click this link to go there.
C1 & C2 Corvettes - General C1 Corvette & C2 Corvette Discussion, Technical Info, Performance Upgrades, Project Builds, Restorations

Many of us that use the TDB all the time also view the CF C1/2 forum all the time too, for more general mid-year and C1 talk.
It is a more diverse discussion there and I enjoy it very much, right along with the TDB.

If you cannot access the TDB at home, you must be using an incompatible browser like Internet Explorer. If you download Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and use one or the other to access the NCRS website, it will work for you. The browser programs are free and you can any or all of them available on your computer monitor desktop all at the same time. Use Internet Explorer for your regular web use, and use Chrome of Firefox for the tech board.

Hi. Doms son here.... NCRS must have blocked his ip address. I have upgraded his browser. Any computer including my new laptop, that is logged on to his wireless, cannot view NCRS.com at his home. It's either time Warner or NCRS. Thanks

              Dom,

To get your IP address for your home you can go to Google.com while you are on your home computer and enter "what is my IP?" in the search box. Google will return your IP address as a series of numbers separated by periods such as 192.168.56.19. There may be three numbers in each group or there may only be one.

Since you also won't be able to open a Helpdesk ticket from home you can email your IP address to the IT Team at it.team@ncrs.org. One of us will get your IP address unblocked as soon as we can.
