I just got the shipping report for my 1970 Corvette (454/390HP).

It says that the dealer was

Village Chevrolet
Queens Village, NY

I am trying to find out more about my car, so what would be the next step? I know that it was exported to my country, Switzerland.

Village was a pretty good sized dealership which sold a number of hi-po cars... Pete Dodd was one of the hi-po sales guys who also drove a Camaro in the Trans AM series.

One of my customers had a Camaro which after I tracked down the original owner - (who had a file with the business card, order form, window sticker, and invoice - we found out it was purchase from Pete Dodd at Village.) - attached are copies of Pete's business card as well as the original window sticker.
