All, hi. I have a silver/red '69 that my dad had (bought used) when I was growing up and sold when I went to college. I found it many years later on eBay and purchased the exact same car. It's very special to us.

Does anyone happen to know anything about this dealer (Zone 16 Dealer 59 Beasley-Cross Chevrolet in Kannapolis, NC) and/or any contacts? I'm eager to research the history of the car and share the background with my dad.

General questions--when you contact dealers, what type of information are they able to provide if you get lucky? Would they ever have option lists for the cars? Or just first owner information, or...? I'd welcome any guidance on what to ask for.

Contact NC DMV if you want to get title history. They have title records back to the fifties. You can get the needed form to submit from their website. Most dealers get rid of their records after a period of years.
