Shipping Data Report
My report came back with a Dealer Code O, Zone 17, which is Memphis, TN. I called the Tennessee DMV Title Section, they pulled up my VIN # and could see the first title purchase, but could not give me any information because of the Federal Privacy Act, they could see it on the screen but would not give me the name ... does anybody work or know anybody in the TN DMV????
