I was a Tech. back in the 70's at Scher Chevrolet in Brockton,Ma. He was not really big on corvettes.

A member alerted me to the Ken Myers emblem (selling dealer) on E-Bay, another member sent me the Bill Allen emblem. The car was traded in at Bill Allens for a new 1970 Monte Carlo when the original owner was starting a family. My Corvette 012.jpg

Gary, those plaques or emblems are a mid west or eastern thing, not something that dealers put on cars out here in the west. (don't ask me why).
Out here we look for license plate frames. If you want a frame from Jack Head Chevrolet, you can buy one now on eBay, but you will have to pony up a bit.

Thanks for the heads up. It says it is a vintage dealer emblem but it looks awful modern to me. Its a good conversation piece so I bought it anyway.
