Re: Butler Chevrolet Massachusetts
Ralph,
I have heard of Butler Chevrolet in Worcester but not Lowell. I bought a new 1977 El Camino at Peter Hallissy Chevrolet in Lowell in March 1977. I did not have to pay the Mass. sales tax since I live in NH.

The perpatrator, George Edgerly, was also suspected of murdering his wife in 1959. Her torso was found in the Merrimack river. He was not convicted due to the help of a polygraph expert who was attending law school, F. Lee Bailey. Edgerly died a few years ago in prison.- Top

Re: Butler Chevrolet Massachusetts
"...Johnnie loved anything to do with automobiles. He started his long career around cars as a young teenager sweeping floors at a car dealership in Worcester. He continued to work for that franchise, through three different ownerships, Veino Chevrolet, Butler Chevrolet and United Chevrolet before retiring after 50 years of service as the General Service and Parts Manager...."
but there is very little on United.
